What happens when I delete a student’s account?

When you delete a student’s account, all of their information is permanently removed from the platform. This includes:

  • Course and Learning Path metrics & progress indicators

  • Uploaded deliverables

  • Login credentials

The student is deleted across all layers of the organization, no matter who deletes them (General Admin, Group Admin, or Team Manager). Deleting a student affects all admins, so be mindful before proceeding.

Note: only the Owner will have visibility of deleted students records -including course metrics and certificates-. Two years after deletion these records will be erased.
