How do I resend a platform invite to a student?

There are cases in which students might not have logged into their accounts and you need to resend them their invites. I.e. they might have lost the initial email. It is easy to do it.

How?

Go to Users Page and open the Students tab. Select all students to whom you want to resend the invite. On the bulk actions menu click the "Resend invitation email". The email will be sent.

What happens when the click on the link sent by email?

They will be redirected to atrilio's platform and asked to confirm their email and reset their password.

For security reasons, the link will be valid for 24 hours.
