How do I invite students to the platform?
There are 3 easy ways to invite new students:
Connect your company’s active directory to Atrilio
Bulk upload using an Excel sheet
Individual invitations (one by one)
To get started, go to the Users page and select the Students Tab. Then, choose your preferred method:
1. Connect Your Company’s Active Directory
With this option, your students (or employees) can log in using the same username and password they use for other company apps.
Since setup depends on your active directory, it’s best to contact our support team at support@atrilio.com for assistance.
2. Bulk Upload Using Excel
Step-by-step guide:
Step 1: Click on “Import Students by Excel”
Step 2: Download the provided Excel template and fill in the required details for the students you want to invite.
If you have already created groups or subgroups, you can download a list of group and subgroup IDs. To assign a student to a group or subgroup, add the relevant IDs in the Group/Subgroup column (separate multiple IDs with a semicolon).
If you have not created the groups or subgroups just yet, then you will not be able to assign students to groups or subgroups using the excel file. No worries, you can easily do that later on.
Step 3: Upload, review, and confirm
Once the Excel file is uploaded, double-check the information for any typos. When everything looks good, go on and accept.
The platform will send each student an email invitation, including a username and temporary password. They’ll be prompted to change their password when they log in for the first time.
3. Invite Students Individually (One by One)
Step-by-step guide:
Step 1: Click on “Invite Student”
Step 2: Fill out the required fields, including the student’s email address (make sure it's correct!).
You can assign the student to one or more groups or subgroups by selecting them from the Groups/Subgroups field. This gives them access to all the courses or learning paths linked to that group.
You can also assign specific courses or learning paths directly by selecting them from the Courses/Learning Paths field.
Step 3: Click “Send Invitation” The platform will send the student an email with their username and temporary password. They’ll be asked to reset their password when they log in.
