How do I inactivate a student account?
Follow these simple steps:
Go to the Users page.
Click on the Students tab.
Find the student whose account you want to deactivate.
Click the Active / Inactive toggle. The toggle will turn grey, indicating that the account is now inactive.
Students will not receive an email notification when you deactivate or reactivate their accounts. Instead, they will see a message on their next login attempt informing them that their account has been deactivated.
