Who can delete editors from the platform?

By default

only owners and general admins can delete editors.

But

The owner can modify this rule and grant Group Admins and Team Managers in any group or subgroup to delete editors.

How

Going to Company Settings in the main menu, scrolling down to the Settings section, and clicking on “Allow group admins and team managers to delete users".

Important: doing this enables Group Admins and Team Managers in any group or subgroup level the right to delete editors, supervisors and also students.
