How do I invite editors to the platform?
You can invite editors in two ways:
A. Bulk Upload: with an Excel Sheet
Go to the Users page and select the Editors Tab. Click on "Import Editors by Excel."
Download the provided Excel template and fill it in with the details of the editors you want to invite.
Upload your completed Excel file. Review the information to catch any typos, and then confirm.
The platform will automatically send invitation emails to the editors, including a username and temporary password. They will be prompted to change their password upon logging in.
B. Individual Upload: one by one
Go to the Users page and click on the Editors Tab. Then, click on "Invite Editor."
Fill in the editor’s details, ensuring the email is correct. If you select any courses in the "Select one or more courses" field, you'll give the editor editing rights to those specific courses.
Click "Send Invitation."
The editor will receive an email invitation with their login details.
