How does an admin share a course or learning path with another admin?
If an admin wants to share a course or learning path they manage with another admin:
Go to the Users Page: Click on the Admins tab.
Select Admin: Choose the admin you want to share content with.
Click “Share courses” or “Share learning paths” in the actions menu.
Select Content: A pop-up will appear where you can choose as many courses or paths as you want.
Click “Accept.” The selected admin will receive an email notification that they now manage the shared course or learning path.
Note: sharing a learning path does not allow the receiving admin to manage or edit the individual course components independently.
