What courses or learning paths does an admin manage?
An admin can gain access and editing rights to a course or learning path through:
Direct Creation: If they create the course themselves.
Sharing: If another admin shares the course with them.
Group Management: If they manage a (sub)group that has the course assigned to it by another admin. Being group manager implies having management rights over the courses or learning paths linked to the group.
Important: any changes made to a course or learning paths by an admin will affect that course at all levels of the company. So if you are planning to make specific changes that do not apply to everybody, maybe think about duplicating the course before making them.
