What happens if I invite an admin who was also previously a student?

If you invite an admin who has previously been a student and both accounts use the same email address:

  • The admin will receive an email inviting them to join the admin platform, redirecting them to the admin interface (website), which is different to the student interface.

  • They can log in using the same credentials from their student account, so there’s no need to go through the password renewal process.
