What happens when I dissociate courses or learning paths from a group?

  • Students in that Group: All students in the group (and its subgroups) currently enrolled in the course or learning path will lose access. They can only access it again if an admin reassigns the course or invites the student directly.

  • Group Admins and Team Managers: Any group admins or team managers will no longer have management rights over that course or learning path, including progress information.

  • Owner and General Admins: All progress information, including completion certificates, will still be visible to general admins and the owner (company-level admins). The courses or learning paths will be marked as “Not visible”.
